Lara Varga

Lara Varga graduated in Fine Art (London Metropolitan Uni, 1999) and since then has been a member of Bath artist printmakers; a co-op printmaking workshop. She has been etching for nearly 15 years and is especially interested in line, poetry and books.
She has written, illustrated and designed a picture book for adults - an original fable produced as a hand-made artists book. Check out an image from it called; 'heart keys', on this website. In recent years she has also worked in watercolor/coloured pencil for illustration projects. In 2005 she completed her first illustration commission, for a poet in Bristol.
